SWS takes part in the Belt and Road Initiative

In response to China’s Belt and Road Initiative and to promote international collaboration in medical equipment and technology, 32 trainees from the Ministry of Commerce of China’s Seminar on Medical Equipment and Technical Cooperation for Developing Countries visited SWS Hemodialysis Care Co., Ltd*. on June 19, 2024.

Organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), Seminar attendees included officials from medical institutions health departments and directors from 9 countries: Ethiopia, Nigeria, Costa Rica, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Uganda, and Laos. Chairman Gao Guangyong of SWS warmly welcomed the Seminar delegation along with the company’s senior management .“The Belt Road Initiative will increase opportunities for international cooperation in the medical equipment sector, which will in turn benefit people’s livelihood”, said Chairman Gao.

Members of the Seminar, accompanied by staff from SWS, visited the SWS Chain Dialysis Center, the production workshops for blood purification equipment and consumables, as well as the Big Data and Remote Operation and Maintenance Center. Throughout the visit, the trainees commanded SWS for its commitment to scientific research , intelligent manufacturing technology, and overall corporate management and culture. While touring the production workshop of SWS, the trainees were introduced to the SWS-5000 Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT). This device is indeed the most comprehensive and versatile device in its category, providing the best treatment tool for critically ill patients around the world. Seminar attendees and SWS executives also discussed global distribution network, overall product solutions, and global after-sales service system of SWS.
