A New Era for Renal Care
SWS-4000 and SWS-4000A dialysis units in NRH
Before 2022, the Solomon Islands lacked nephrologists and dialysis facilities, leaving patients with no local options for treatment (PMC, 2024). The new Centre, featuring 24/7 emergency and imaging services, introduces the country’s first dedicated renal care unit, capable of supporting hundreds of dialysis patients annually. Equipped with SWS-4000 and SWS-4000A dialysis units at the National Referral Hospital (NRH), this facility marks a turning point in regional healthcare.
SWS-4000: Proven Technology, Global Reach
The SWS-4000 series, exported to nearly 90 countries and regions, delivers reliable, high-performance hemodialysis tailored to diverse environments. In China, institutions like Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital rely on SWS systems—including the SWS-5000 for continuous blood purification—with excellent clinical outcomes. This same trusted technology now empowers the Solomon Islands to transform patient care.
